Breakfast

Lunch

leftovers, peaches n' cream kefir smoothie

black-eyed pea salad, grilled corn, okra (lunch out)

Dinner
spicy herb gazpacho, grilled cheese on homemade whole wheat sourdough
swiss chard and potato frittata
meatloaf, baked potatoes, steamed broccoli
grilled chicken breast, brown rice, sauteed swiss chard
garlic herb shrimp saute (recipe coming soon!), basmati rice, fried okra in coconut oil

Snacks
nettle peppermint tea, kombucha
raw milk with blackstrap molasses, tulsi tea
watermelon slices, raw milk with blackstrap molasses
raw cheese, nettle peppermint tea
figs, "cheesy" popcorn, kefir soda
